KC Water Damage

I contacted KC Water Damage Restoration at the recommendation of a family friend when my basement flooded. They instantly responded and were here within hours. I couldn't be more than happy with their work and will use them in the future.

The guys were nice. They jumped on our little mould project directly. Smart communication, clear rating and agreements. The task took precisely however long they told us it would be. They even diagnosed our water leak downside and saved us from a much bigger bill with a plumber. Recommend highly.

Scheduled a rug cleaning a few weeks ago and called to confirm the day before and was told all good and they would be there to clean and no one showed up, no one called and no one returned my call. Extremely disappointed!!

Great water damage company. A pipe burst in my kitchen and began flooding all the wood under the sink as well as the floor and the walls around it! A team arrived in the middle of the night to help me and couldn't have been nicer. They brought a plumber to stop the flow and suctioned all the water from the ground and cabinet. They used an advanced camera that I'd never seen before to detect the flow of water from behind the walls. They also left a bunch of fans and machinery to alleviate the moisture and humidity. The water damage experts are the best in the business. Would recommend to anyone

Great service done right every time! we run across mold frequently on various projects. We have used kc waterdamage at least four times and have always been please with their level of knowledge and commitment to great work. Each mold cleaning project they have handled for us has been due to a previous roof leak problem before we are contracted to add an addition or sunroom. I highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future

I am so grateful for the quality of service walking into to our home and finding water dripping from four places in the kitchen ceiling is quite a shock. There team was at our home within 2 hours of placing the call (faster than the plumber to repair the pipe) and brought an army of fans and equipment to completely dry the first and second floor affected areas. They even recommended contractors to do the repair work. Once the repairs were finished they cleaned the carpets, getting our home back to "working order". I'm very grateful for their knowledge of mold along with the technically advanced equipment they used to detect moisture during the drying process.
