House Of Elan

my husband gave me a spafinder gift certificate for our anniversary so i went online to find the best one in my area. i was a little surprised when i read the reviews for house of elan because they were so conflicting, but the pictures were beautiful so i thought i would give it a shot. from the moment i walked through the door i was treated with generosity and respect. i went in for just a facial, but after my conversation with the esthetician and seeing how knowledgeable she was, i purchased 2 more services including botox! my entire experience at the house of elan was pure bliss and beyond what i could have ever expected. i truly found the entire staff to be personable and well educated in their respective fields. DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! i would recommend this spa to anyone that wants a first class experience!

There used to be a problem when they first opened up because of some bad employees. But I have been going to this spa a long time and believe me they have changed for the better. There is a more perceptional staff. And not to mention the amazing spa that you can rent out for partys! :D

House of elan has been great every time I have been there. It is a very relaxing place that had so many things to help me get ready for my wedding! It was professional and amazing service.

Never EVER go to this spa!!!! I got first degree burns on my underarm. The doctor, who confirmed I had first degree burns, said he would pay for the prescriptions he wrote to help the scarring as well as reimburse me for my money. Instead he made his secretary call me back when I tried to get ahold of him and explained he wouldnt reimburse me for anything. The people there are rude and unfriendly. The lady, Tina, who did my treatment told me as I was in tears that It hurt so bad, that I should have bought numming cream, and that it's a laser not a toy. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!

Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the poor services and bad attitude of the staff here.

Bathroom is shared with sick patients ( infectious ) and the workers here are awful. The facility has had alot of money put into it and is very pretty. However, the workers have rude attitudes and poor skills.

parking is not an issue if this was a good place but this place is not clean and the aesthetician was rude, smelled like smoke and did not even know what she was doing. I wanted a lovely relaxing experience for myself and instead left insulted and grossed out. Avoid.

My botox was injected by an aesthetician - with no doctor to be found. Blood squirted onto my shirt and the aesthetician had no idea what she was doing. This place is scary!

my first visit to the house of elan was so warm and welcoming. i received the best service from each and every employee i encountered.
