He explained the plan in a way that allowed me to express my concerns and ask questions. The discussion showed me he had a clear grasp of the medical issues, broad or narrow. He gave me a view, not just of this next step, but with the steps after that. I always feel well cared for and cared about.

First time to see this doctor. This was a follow up. I saw his partner initially. When I had questions about future care plans, he brought his partner into the room so all 3 of us could discuss it. I was impressed that they took the time to meet on this while I was still there so I could be part of the decisions and hear their ideas.
