Carrington Place at Shoal Creek

I have lived at Carrington Place for almost 5 years. I love it. It feels like a home with my own front door (no stairwells) and an attached garage. I never hear my neighbors and I know most people that live around me. They plan resident events like breakfast, bingo and bunco. The pool is gorgeous and they have done a lot of upgrades. It is a great value for the money.

The most disgusting place I have ever rented. The property is dirty with dog poops everywhere. The move-out experience is worst. Expect to pay hundreds even if you keep the house in original condition. Stay away from this place.

I just moved in about a month ago. 10/2009. I wish I would have read the reviews on this place. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything that goes on next to you. The parking truly is horrible here. Before you rent here check it out closely.

I recently moved into this apartment complex. A few things I wish I would have known.... First of all when you inquire about the rent cost it is not explained that you must pay an additional $40.00 for the cable (which is very limited in channels) and even if you do not want or will be using the cable you still must pay the $40.00. The wall are very very thin. I can hear everything that happens in the apartments next to me. I can very clearly understand every word in conversations. The parking is extremely limited.

Anyone looking to rent here should research. My mistake
