Amazing experience

We had a great experience with Mike at Car Smart. They went above and beyond to get us into an SUV that we wanted. I was very pleased with our experience there and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! They are for sure a dealer for the people!

I had a wonderful experience at Car Smart. I went into the dealership thinking that I was not going to get approved for a car or would get approved for a car that I really did not want. Brittney and the rest of the folks at the dealership went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience at Car Smart. I went into the dealership thinking that I was not going to get approved for a car, or at the least get approved for a car that I did not want. I was amazed at how the dealership went above and beyond to get me into a car. I was upside down in the car I was in, and to top that off, the car was undependable. I am now in a newer model car with less miles. Car Smart gave me a truly wonderful Christmas present! Thanks!

These guys and girls at carsmart are simply the best all around even the service center. Ted will fix any situation. If your not happy Ted is not happy and he will do everything in his power to make you happy. We got a nicer newer car and drove away same day. Anthony Freeman

This is by far the best dealer...

This is by far the best dealer I have ever done business with. I was worried that I would not be able to qualify due to some past credit issues, however, they got me approved and I was able to leave with an awesome vehicle at a very reasonable rate. The process was smooth and painless and the staff were more than professional. I will definitely be doing business with Car Smart again.

I worked with jesse and at first i wasn't even sure if i was going to be able to get a car but jesse ended up doing it and i had a crappy trade in car but they still gave me 1500 for it and i was happy with that because if i would of went anywhere else i prob wouldn't of got even 200 for how bad my car..... and he ended up gettin me a 2011 and i love it!!!!!!

Went to Carsmart and traded in my car and it was a wonderful experience. This is my second car that I have purchased from there. Everyone was very polite and professional. It was a great experience. I would recommend all family and friends to check out Carsmart.

MY PLAN WAS TO PURCHASE 2 VEHICLES TODAY AT CARSMART, AT THE END OF THE DAY, I HAD THE POLICE CALLED ON ME. I SHOWED UP FOR MY 12PM APPT, AND BY 115PM. NO ONE HAD SAID A WORD TO ME!!!..THEY EVEN HAD THE NERVE @ 1230 TO CALL MY CELL AND ASK WHERE I WAS, AFTER I HAD ALREADY CHECKED INTO THEIR CUSTOMER SVC DESK. AFTER WAITING AN HOUR AND 15 MINS I TRIED TO LEAVE AND THEIR DELIVERY TRAILER BLOCKED ME IN AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER, THEY NOT ONLY REFUSED TO GET 1, BUT REFUSED TO MOVE THE TRAILER SO I COULD LEAVE. IM VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN CARSMART AS A BUSINESS AND THE INDIVIDUALS THAT REPRESENT THE BUSINESS.....LETS NOT FORGET, I ALSO CALL THEIR COMPLAINT HOTLINE WHILE I SAT THERE AND WAITED. I BET THAT WAS A JOKE TO THEM...SHAME ON YOU CARSMART!!

Mr. Julu, Thank You for your response. And I would like to be the first one to apologize for our lack of service. However, as you witnessed, we were extremely busy helping other clients. We called after you arrived because none of our staff had made contact with you. Typically people check in with our front desk upon arrival which helps us facilitate your appointment. The reason the police were called not only by 3 members of my staff as well as 2 other clients, was due to your profanity laced tirade that lasted over 10 minutes in the middle of my showroom. My staff and other clients were terrified of your actions, and I applaud them for calling 911. As far as refusing to get a manager, there was no need to get anyone else. I own the business and I am the person you screamed at. You may feel as if you earned the right as a Marine and as a former Drill Instructor to yell and scream profanity at me, but I've earned the right as a local business owner to refuse service to any hostile client. If you would like a keep sake of your rant, please contact me. I have the entire episode on tape as do 2 of my clients. I can only imagine what would have happened had I sold you a car and you had a flat tire. I wish you luck in your quest of finding 2 perfect cars. Kindly, Ted Heater.

Car smart has high quality use...

Car smart has high quality used cars, no junkers! Most of the cars are low milage and in excellent condition. Some still have factory warranty. The sales staff are low key and courteous. We bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla as a second car with only 33,000 miles. Very clean car. I have good credit and got a good deal on the financing.
