Overall

I've had better service in 3rd world countries.tried to get the vin for the car I wanted for my insureance and they were to busy. Called three days in a row, someone told me what I needed and all that and I called before I drove a few hours and everything changed. A trained monkey coulda done a better job.. my point is they don't want your money because they can't make time for a customer

I was VERY upset with the quality of car and the service I received here. I bought a 97 infinti toward the end of July, that had low mileage for its age. When I test drove it, the car sounded and looked great. I couldn't find anything wrong with it, so I went ahead and bought the car. I left a large payment and went to get the rest of the money to pay off the car completely. I called them to let them know I was on the way and that I was running a few minutes behind. The guy that answered seemed pretty bothered by the fact. I still took the car home and after a couple of weeks they called me to get the title. I went in and asked if I could buy the warranty for the car. He couldn't get things working on the computer and blamed it on a little girl that was there. From what he said, she was playing on the computer. They didn't seem professional in the least bit. After a long wait , they gave me the warranty that they offer there for 6 months. A couple of days later the car began to smoke out of the exhaust, but I was able to make it home. From there the car wouldn't start anymore. I called the warranty company and they towed it to my mechanic. My mechanic told them what he thought the problem was and how how much it would cost. After seeing that I hadn't driven the car very much, they said they wouldn't cover any of it and that I would have to take it up with the dealer. I went back to the dealer and told them what had happened. They gave me no solution what so ever and treated me as a liar and as an irresponsible driver. Now I am stuck with a car that I drove for no more than 3 weeks. I didn't even get a chance to get the licence plates for it before it broke down. My mechanic gave me a rough estimate of $1300 to fix the car, that is almost half of what I payed for the car. Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I made. Shop a little more and find a decent dealership.
