We had an issue with our water heater where it stopped producing hot water. We contacted Ben Franklin Plumbing and they came out promptly to investigate the problem. They diagnosed the problem correctly the first time and explained what the issue was. They were up front and honest in giving an estimate to fix the water heater.

Called around 10pm Sunday night...! They answered their phone...NOT an answering service. I set up a visit for the morning and they were there exactly as promised and on time. Took very little time to identify the problem and then fixed it. I will recommend them to all.

Bill came over to fix my kitchen faucet and he was wonderful! He was on time curtious and a pleasure to work with. Next time I have a plumbing problem I will definately call Ben Franklin Plumbing!

I had a back up in my basement and called Ben Franklin after looking around online for a plumber. When I called, the receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful, explaining what to expect and what the initial charge would be for the visit. I set up an appt. for first think in the morning (it wasn't an emergency) and the plumber (Jamie) called before the scheduled appt. time to confirm. He arrived right on time, did a great job of explaining the problem, didn't try to fix more than needed fixing, and provided reasonable maintenance and product options. He was done in less than an hour, and was very courteous and helpful, and everything is draining properly again. I am very satisfied with the service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
