lousy service, late !! dirty car !!! fare was higher than i normally pay, will not use this company again

This company provides the worst service I have encountered. I was charged 33% above my actual fare due to not providing the driver with a map quest map of my destination. They provided an incompetent driver and charged me for his incompetency.

I called the night before too schedule my cab. Talked to the owner and he said I was set up that his driver would call me. 4:30 am came and no taxi. Called and the guy gives me some bull excuse and says I may want to call another cab service. This place is not run like a business. Do not use. Pricing is not consistent and the service is terrible.

Called them today at 11:30 am told them I needed to be picked up at 2 pm but no one ever showed up! Called them and they wouldn't answer. Don't use their services!!!

Terrible experience. Phone literally stolen by the cab driver. Absolutely no help from calling them.

I always call allstar cab, they are courtious and they show up when they say they will and very understanding drivers who know there way around town. Thanks again Allstar Cab...

We lost our wallet tonight. this cab company refused to even talk to us about it and hung up on us 6 TIMES! They now won't even take our calls. NEVER USE THIS GROUP, they are shadey and won't talk to us about where our wallet it. they even said at the beginning to call other companies (we did knowing we took this cab company) and all of the other groups were so nice and concerned about it, except them. NEVER EVER EVER EVER USE this cab company!
