All N 1

This company has essentially stole my money. Iv'e done business with this company before and had no problems so when I needed another vehicle salvaged, I called All-N-1. I had All-N-1 pick up my car Dec 27. They told me they would call me when I could come in and pick up the check. I called several times throughout January trying to figure out when I could get my check. Turns out they wrote my number down wrong and never returned my calls for a month. They never picked up my car and let it get sent to the auction by the tow lot that it was located at. When contacted, they denied fault even though they are the only reason that the vehicle was never picked up by them. They said it wasn't their fault that they couldn't get a hold of me when they are the ones who wrote down the wrong number. They refused to make up for this in any way. They told me if I would pay the over 2000 dollars in lot fees that I would still be able to sell it to them. They blamed it on human error which is apparently NOT their fault. I understand that human error is a thing but that's still the error of the company and should be fixed in ANYWAY. I work HARD for my money and they just burned it and laughed in my face. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
