Wyandot Barbeque

There are alot better BBQ's in the KC area. Never know what you will get here. Maybe good, maybe not.

This is the best bbq in the country! The ribs are meaty and tender, the burnt ends have a wonderful flavor, and the fries and onion rings are fried to perfection. I've tried almost everything on their menu and I've never been disappointed. Even their tenderloin sandwich is good; a whole lot better than Kristy's on 55th street in Turner. You don't have to be dressed up to eat there, it's very casual. The clientele is a mixture of people from all walks of life. I've seen race car drivers in there; Ryan Newman and Kyle & Richard Petty (not at the same time). There's been movie stars such as Vin Diesel and Eric Stonestreet. A lot of famous people "rubbing shoulders" with workers from GM and BPU. Every time I go into Wyandot BBQ I see someone I know, whether it's a neighor, a client, or someone I went to school with. One of the best things I love other than the food is how good it smells when I go in, also it amazes me how quick I get my food, whether it's "to go" or "eat in". What a great place!
