U Name IT Car Care

My husband and I were looking for a reputable repair shop/mechanic when our friends recommended U Name it Car Care. We had a Dodge Durango that we had taken to the Dodge dealership for the same issue 3 years in a row which was very expensive! Needless to say we were very frustrated. After meeting the owner of U Name It Car Care, we were instantly at ease. He was very thorough with his evaluation of the car. He was prompt in contacting us and gave a detailed breakdown of his analysis. We got our car back within 2 days. He was very honest. We paid $1000 less than what the dealership was trying to charge us. Since then we have not had any issues with it all. We were so confident in his
work that we took my mother's car to him recently. I would highly recommend U Name it Car Care auto repair shop!

I WISH WE COULD DO NO STARS!!! We bought a Dodge Durango from this guy. The whole deal was shady. He claimed it was his personal vehicle but the name on the title was different. He claimed to have fixed a few things for me and they were still not completed to satisfaction when we picked it up. ON THE WAY HOME all kinds of lights and warnings came on. We ended up having to take it to 3 different mechanics and spend 2000.00 on it! And we were told that the warning lights had been reset! After contacting him he only agreed to refund us a portion of the cost of parts because "we should have returned it to his shop" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? He couldn't fix the minor stuff and we were supposed to return it (over an hour away) MULTIPLE times to fix numerous things?? AND TRUST HIM?? and by the way... we have seen nothing of the minimal 400.00 he agreed to pay and he is not returning any phone calls or messages. The whole deal was shady and we should have walked away. When I google his name it is attached to several car ads but the name he signed to the bill of sale is connected to an entirely different person and business... BUYER BEWARE!!!!
