J. David Kriet MD Facial Plastic Surgery

I had a major facial injury one year ago. The injured part of my face is distorted. I visited Dr. Kriet to see what else could be done. Dr. Kriet's answer was that nothing surgically could be done. When I asked again, he answered that it is not unusual for patients of my age to have a distortion in only one area of their face. (But if it is just aging, why doesn't the uninjured side of my face look similar?) Then I asked if nothing surgically can be done, what can be done that isn't surgical. This time there was no answer.

I would not recommend visiting Dr. Kriet if you are over age 40, have had a facial injury, want drive to the west edge of this metro, and pay $235 unless you want to be told that the injured area of your face commonly looks this way just because of your age and NOTHING CAN BE DONE to make it look any better.

For me, this doctor visit was EXTREMELY disturbing, and hope this never happens to anyone else.
