Brancato's Catering

My company has lunch brought in on a regular basis, and lately we were looking to try something new, so we decided to try Brancato's. Wow! The first order we placed was for the Homestyle Dinner with baked chicken and it was wonderful! The chicken was juicy, with great flavor, the sides were fresh and still hot when our order arrived at the office, and the portions were generous. We have since ordered the Taco Bar, and that, too, did not disappoint.



It's becoming quite rare to get an outstanding customer experience from start to finish, and the staff is professional, courteous and ON TIME. Great service and great value. We will be ordering with them again and again. Thank you!!

Brancato's exceeded all our expectations on our wedding day! The food was great. They were extremely friendly and attentive and very professional. They really took care of everything for us and we even had a couple dietary preferences they took care of without hesitation. I can't say enough good things about Brancato's and their staff!

We have used Brancato's Catering for our yearly fundraiser and they have been extremely helpful with our beverages. I have also purchased BBQ Baked Beans for this fundraiser and they were a big hit. The fundraiser kitchen crew will only use Brancato's because they are very effencient and easy to work with. I have also used them for family functions in the past and their food is very good.

We recently used Brancato's Catering for my nephews wedding. They were able to put together a menu on very short notice and were very pleasant to work with. When I called to book my nephews wedding they were very professional and were even able to help with my other needs in linens, decor and lighting. One stop shopping, what a convenient company. The day of the wedding I received alot of praises for the food and was asked numerous times who catered. I was happy to reply with Brancato's Catering. They also make the best Fried Chicken and their BBQ sauce was also the talk of the meal. Thanks for a great wedding.

I've been to several events that Brancato's catered. One of these was my own wedding. They did an excellent job preparing the reception site with their linens and party decor. The food was even better. By far some of the best I have had in a buffet style. I had several people at the reception ask me about the food and who did it and every person had nothing but the best compliments.



I have been to at least 3 other weddings catered by Brancato's and they never let you down. One other place I have had the pleasure to experience Brancato's Catering is at the VIP Tent outside of Arrowhead Stadium before a Chiefs game. I've been there twice and both times the food was awesome. I was also treated very well by the staff as one of the speakers for the band was right next to my table and it was hard to talk to people. I asked them to turn the speaker down and my request was granted within 5 minutes.



This is a great company with a professional staff, excellent food, and top notch service. Their prices are very competitive for what you get. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for catering for any size of party. Also, I think their BBQ sauce is delicious. Definitely better than Zarda, Gates, and some others that I have had from area BBQ places.

Brancato's catered my sisters wedding and it was excellent. A catering company should be all about the food and presentation, and they've got it. The food was spectacular, decorations were amazing, and the staff was very professional. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

I was looking at Brancato's for my Wedding reception. I talked to a rep from their offices and all seemed well. A few weeks later things started to go wrong. First I had been speaking with the rep for a few weeks clearly detailing what I wanted. She told me it would be $15 pp which I was pleased about. It was only weeks later when she went to draw up formal documents that she realized she'd misquoted me. By $13 a head. I was irritated and shocked but I went ahead and accepted it was a mistake. Then I got the contract. The rep clearly contradicted herself as well as the written contract several times in conversations about requirements and services provided by the company. The contract was laden with hidden fees and a jumbled mess so I got a bit nervous. I tried to have her explain the inconsistancies but she was still unable to clarify it. Also, it seemed that they wanted full payment two weeks before the wedding. To a customer already having to deal with misquotes and inconsistancies I was even more nervous to give the full payment before services were rendered. When I raised my concern and offered alternatives (such as splitting the payment up: 1/2 deposit, 1/2 on the day etc.) I was promptly told with a snide attitude that I was 'free to go elsewhere' and that 'if I could afford a wedding planner I would know that this is how things are done'. I tried to explain my hesitancy (what would keep them from not showing up on the day? was it so hard to compromise for the security of the person shelling out thousands of dollars?) and also told her that I had never heard of such a thing being done. She then insulted me and my family by insinuating that because my wedding reception was being held at the American Legion I would not settle my bill if she allowed me to pay on the day. I was completely offended and shocked. I would definitely look elsewhere for your catering as they are rude, inefficient, and completely unprofessional.
