This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. They act as if they have no clue what is going on. When you ask how much you will owe that day for services, they can't tell you anything. They do no return phone calls, my husband called and left messages several times no call back...I do not recommend this office to anyone!!!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY! I needed to have my wisdom tooth fixed so I went there and got a list of things they said needed to be fixed. So I told them to start with my wisdom tooth because it was bothering me. When they took me back, they fixed the wrong tooth even though I questioned which tooth they were working on. When they were done they charged me $1200 to fix the wrong tooth. Then they told me the one I really needed fixed would need a referral. This place is a total rip off. So now I'm out $1200 and my tooth is getting infected. Thanks dental works

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL. When you walk through the doors they see only $$$ signs and not the person. The staff is friendly and accommodating enough until you decide you don't want a particular treatment that is overpriced then their true personalities come out. My experience is that I had already paid out over $1400 out of pocket for their exams and cleanings within a 6 month period. I was told I needed to come in fora six month exam and cleaning after just being there a couple of months ago. To my shock when I got to my appointment expecting to pay less than $100, they wanted another $225 dollars. And on top of that, previously they had me do a prescription mouth wash treatment that had stained my teeth a funky brownish yellow so that people thought I had rottening teeth. Three weeks later they polished the majority of it off, but there were still places unable to be reached that looked bad. I asked to not receive that mouthwash prescription this time and was told I HAD to have that. Excuse me! I am not a child. The drama started. I told them it was the Holidays and a time for pictures and visits and I didn't want bad looking teeth. I compromised and told then if I had to have that then lets do it after the holidays. They told me to pay a cancellation fee of $35( which they charged me $10 more than their sign on the counter stated was for cancellation). I was livid at this point because they charged me a cancellation fee because I refused the staining mouthwash. This didn't seem right. I left hurt, angry and resolved to find a new Dentist. I had paid over $1400 out of pocket for exams and cleanings within a 6 month period and this is how you treat me??. Later they did call and apologize recognizing how badly their customer service had been. They refunded my $35 cancellation fee and coaxed me into a next day appointment for 2:30 pm. I stressed to the hygienist I had to be at work at 4 pm so I needed to leave by 3:30. No problem" they assured me. The next day I was there and had to wait over 30 mins before she finally came to get me. I told them it was now 3:05. She said she could have me done in 20 mins. I refused because it was not worth paying all the money they were charging for a rushed 20 minute exam and cleaning and I would definitely be late to work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL. What you pay is not worth the price anyway. And the Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde treatment is not worth the aggravation.
