Avon Retail Store

I stopped in to pick up some sunscreen that contains bug repellent for my toddler. I have been here before and had never had any issues, but this time I was unhappy with the way I was treated. I have not been to this store in about year, so no, I was not aware of the sign asking customers to use cash or check instead of a card (which I was rudely informed had been up for only two months). She then proceeded to make me feel bad for using a card for the $7 sunscreen because she gets charged a fee for the card. Sorry, but that's something you have to deal with as a retail store and if you don't want your customers to use debit, accept cash/check only. Don't treat your customers with disrespect because they are unaware of your preferences. I don't care if I have to pay double for this product, I won't be returning to this store, and I will share my unpleasant experience with others.
