Bajio Mexican Grill

Disappointing ... where is the zing of Mexican food? My tacos were watery ... that's right... when the servers pulled out the chicken from the hot table were it floated in water they did not drain the water sufficiently, thus water permeated my corn tortilla... bummer. Rice and bean were flavorless... they have the advertisement but not the goods. Not recommended.

Can't wait to go back! A cute gal with a beautiful accent suggested the new Sweet Pork. It was great!

Bajio Grill has the most awful food. It was my first (and last time) there, and once inside I thought, "wow, this is nicely decorated in here- I bet the food is good too." WRONG. I ordered a pork quesadilla and added cilantro and tomatoes inside it. I got rice & beans on the side (it was $8 for mine). The pork in the quesadilla was very sweet- so much so that I couldn't even eat most of it. It was just gross. The mexican rice was just regular- no flavor or spicy tastes, just plain. The black beans were just the same. I tried my friends' enchiladas and shrimp taco with a special sauce, and both were sweet too! He couldn't even eat his taco. The "sauce" was just like they poured sugar all over it. We also got an order of the queso dip, and that was probably the only edilbe food there. It was ok, it had green chilies chopped up in it, but was still somewhat watery tasting. Service was just ok as well. Overall, the food was just extremely sweet- I've never had sweet mexican food before and do not intend to eat it again. I would not recommend Bajio Grill (go to Qdoba's instead if you are in Kalispell, MT).
