Great Wall Restaurant

Great Wall is a great place to eat.

Stopped in for what I was expecting to be a nice lunch and ended up with not one, but two uninvited guests at my table. When I jumped up and brought it to the waitresses attention, she said "they are just little bugs", with the manager/owner commenting that they had "just sprayed for them the other day".....I don't know about you, but nothing kills my appetite quicker than bugs squaring off with me for my meal!! IN one word - YUCK! ...and I will NEVER go there again! And to top it off they were going to charge us for all of this fun - but eventually reconsidered. They did put one of their staffers on the mission of tearing the booth apart and going after the culprits. One gentlemen in the adjacent booth got right up and left in the middle of ordering after being witness to it all, another couple didn't seem too offended and seemed more accustomed to roaches as they told me of a story of living on the farm with nests of them scurrying about. Well, I wasn't raised on a farm and prefer to have the bugs outside, not on my table and in my food thank you very much. As a side note - we also tried the take out from their Gull Road Express and it was very distasteful - the hot and sour soup was inedible and the entrees were mediocre at best. Unfortunate, because the Great Wall used to be a pretty good place to eat in years past.

We went to Great Wall Express on Sprinkle rd. Didn't care for the food very much but the service was incredible. The girls were so friendly.

Yes I agree with the review on Great Wall.

I've eaten there for years with out a problem, but something has changed....for the worse.

The management seemed unconcerned when I broughit to thier attention, almost matter of fact...too bad.

I'll never eat there again...Ever!

Some of the best chinese food I've ever had.Cheap prices. very friendly people.I'd recommend this place to all my friends.
