        DO NOT go here! Asked for wha...

        DO NOT go here! Asked for what the charge would be for my daughter's therapy was told $50-$60 per visit (since deductible was not met). Was bill over $129 per visit AFTER therapy was over. I am now fight a $1259 bill instead of the $600 that I was quoted! The corporate office takes 4-6 months to return calls and they have an "F" with the BBB because they refuse to respond to complaints! Be warned!!
