Great experience! The hygienist was wonderful and did an awesome job. .

The worst experience you will ever receive. I have received bills for other people who have no connection to me whatsoever and it takes forever to have their billing mistakes corrected. This office only cares about your money. I have heard of others having bad experiences but I went to see if I would encounter the same because it was convenient. The front reception staff are all rude. The office manager allows this to go on. Allison has horrible customer skills and apparently doesn't appreciate her job. Find a better manager and staff to run your company or your business will fail. Stay far away from this office or you will receive bills that do not belong to you and it takes your precious time to rectify the matter. I will share my horrible experience with everyone I know. Gentle Dental (now Sage Dental) has horrible staff running the place. No doctor or dentist is worth going to if it isn't a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Stay far away from this place!!!

If you exspected your dental care to last, better look else where. I had a crown work done and had to go back 3 times It felt weird. Now 2.5 years later a new dentist tells me the crown is not seated correctly. Called Gentle Dentle and they tell me if I will come in, there will be a charge but the dentist will take a look. I now live 5 hours away which I explained. They still said that's all they could do to help So if your looking for a dentist who takes pride in their work and wants to treat their clients professionally after charging so much, better look somewhere else.

I've never done a review, but I HAVE to praise the staff at Jupiter's Gentle Dentle!!! I was experiencing some of the worst pain of my life, completely miserable for days, and when I got to see Dr. Scott Azari, I was treated with extreme care, compassion and reassurance that the pain would soon be gone! Within minutes I had scripts for antibiotics (for the infection), pain medication (for the unrelenting, piercing agonizing pain in my tooth) and the staff (June was extraordinary!) in getting me an appointment with an endodontist that day for a root canal. I was referred to Dr. Gary Laukhuf and was terrified for the procedure, but after a tiny pinch the numbing took over and every second during the surgery was handled with the most comforting, gentle, kind and patient concern from Dr. Laukhuf. 24 hours later, I am 99.9% pain free!!!! Everyone should experience the care and kindness and gentleness at Gentle Dentle for all of their dental needs! Most highly recommended! I LOVE them, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
