take a long time to answer the phone and when they do it seems that they do not really want to help you. my suggestion find another company to deal with with customer service. if you have been dealing with the same company for 20 years then you are just used to bad customer service, I'm just saying.....

I have been dealing with this company for 20+ years. Never had a problem! The most confident people I have ever dealt with! I would highly recommend Lawnmower Headquarters!

I had a terrible experience with this company. They picked up my lawnmower on Wed. after I told them what replacement belt I needed. Over a week later (Thursday) they called and said they never ordered the part and that it would take an additional week. This was after I was calling daily for a status. I had to have the lawnmower brought back and ordered the belt on my own. I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs a lawnmower back in a reasonable time frame.
