Bruce Lein Dds

I've seen Dr. Lein twice and both times he spent less than a minute with me. Receptionist gave me a verbal estimate of "thousands of dollars" to do root canals and crowns on all my teeth. Then she gave me a scribbled handwritten estimate for $1,800 to pull them all and another $2,800 for dentures. I have taken care of my teeth all my life, faithfully seeing the dentist every 6 mos. for exam, X-rays and two cleanings a year. Dr Lein and his staff are greedy, unprofessional liars. It's all about money! On top of all that, they didn't give me prices as stated on my insurance payment schedule. Instead they said I need a specialist to extract at only 25% discount off their cash prices. They even added on an extra $60 for some kind of desenseatizing liquid when they cleaned my teeth, saying it comes with all their cleanings. I checked with Insurance company and was told that is an "add-on" and customer has the right to refuse it. They try to sell you dental products you don't need and/or could get for much less at Walmart! I think the girls get commission. Nancy actually shoved a WaterPik at me and said I needed it ($80). Like a dummy, I took it and later saw same model at Walmart for $54. Do not go there unless you want to get royally ripped off. By the way, I had all necessary dental work needed to fix my teeth for under $600 by an honest dentist. Dr. Lein and his staff are only out for the bucks and could care less for their patients (just their wallets). Don't let their fake smiles fool you. Beware!!!
