Summit Small Engine Repair

I took my riding lawn mower to Summit Small Engine repair to be looked at to see why the belt kept being cut in half, I was told he would give me a free estimate. He then called me explained what needed to fixed on the mower to put it back to stock but could not tell me why the belt was being cut in half so I expalined that I was on a limited income and only needed to fix what was causing the belt to be cut. So when i went to pick up the mower the lady up front stated I believe $25 is worth his time don't you? Even though we were told it would be free. So when we stated we were told it would be free the lady and the mechanic guy was extremley rude and stated to never come back. WHY would I want to come back to somewhere who lied to me and could not determine what the problem was with my mower. All I can say is if you let this guy waste your time get everything in writing. I have never been talked to or treated the way this busines treated my family.
