Horrible!! Never shows up on time if they show up at all. I bought a new unit 2-3 years ago from them. David installed the unit which he did ok.Made a lot of promises that he did'nt keep, To this day the job has not been completed. I called a lot about problems with the unit and asking if they could PLEASE complete the job. David kept sending Scott. I called and ask David him to not to send Scott back to my house. He is lazy, Unprofessional and I really do not think he knows what he is doing. He was always late or did'nt show up. Now I have taken a whole day off of work waiting on him, Who by the way never answered when I called to find out where he was. Not just once but about 6 times. David ALWAYS has an excuse as to why he was late or why SCOTT did'nt show up. The last time I called it took 3 days for Scott to finally show up. I had already called another company to come to my house as I was waiting for the other guy here comes slow ass Scott. I did ask him to leave my property because your 3 days late (August I might add) and he has been there 6 times putting a temporary fix on a BRAND NEW unit. He begged and pleaded with me to give him 1 more chance. I let him in for the LAST time. I will call another company. I probably should take him to court for not completing the Job after 3 years. Never,Never, Never get sucked in by this company.

They don't show up when they say they will. They don't have the standard tools for the job when they show up. All I got from Scott was excuses as to why it wasn't his fault - no resolution.

The owner Scott has no respect or regard for someone else's time. He promises to be at the work site at a particular hour but you may see him 5hrs later or NOT AT ALL!!!. He's deceived SEVERAL times by not showing up. He was previously referred to a friend that he left high and dry in the middle of the assignment. He is capable of starting a job & not finishing it or he will try to overcharge for an incomplete or shabby job. His work needs continuous observation or he'll try to get away with doing a patch up job only. If you utilize his services make sure he's not paid unless the job is fully completed or you'll never see him again. I suggest looking elsewhere for these services.
