Palace Banquet Hall

I have attend several events at the Palace and the place was cozy and beautiful all the guest had a wonderful time. The decor and music was amazing!!! I truely enjoyed myself.

I had a wonderful event here but I can agree with a couple of the comments. The owner's "Fiance" as she continued to remind us "Ahada" seemed very money hungry. Although they already charged us for the event, she brought her fat behind down and was caught eating our food. Then had the audacity to charge my husband an extra $100 while he was tipsy for a Security Guard even though she told us it would be $60.00. Waited til the night of, with all of our guests there, and told us it would be $100.

I had my wedding reception at this venue back in November 2011 and I would not recommend it to anyone. The owner and the manager sold me a beautiful dream. When my my cake/caterer arrive to the venue around 3:00pm the venue was not set up and when my guest arrived it still wasn't ready. Some of my quests had to finish setting up the place so I wouldn't be disappointed. To add icing to the cake the owner and manager was serving as the bartenders which was included in my package, was drinking as well as stealing alcohol. If it wasn't for friends and family this would have been the worst day ever! This venue service was so bad and unprofessional, I give them a -5 Stars.

I planned an event at this venue and it was one of the worst experiences I ever encountered.. The manger was rude and had poor customer service. They refused to let me put up balloons that had weights on them because they said they may get caught in ceiling fans that were not even on. They refused to move ugly decor of dead flowers and plants that did not coordinate with my decor. It was horrible. I would not advise anyone to rent from them.

Right now I dont hv anything 2 say hvnt experiences it yet,but pretty sure its a wonderful place I hv hear abut this place from a lots of people.
