B & B Lawn Mower & Chainsaw

I took a hedge trimmer to this place and they told me it was going to be a week. A week passed by no call. I called the place and left a message and no return call. Went by there on Saturday after about two weeks the place was closed. Finally, I called the 800# for poulan, where I given the reccommendation for this place, to see if they were closed and they were able to get in contact with someone. I finally got through to someone, got my trimmer back, and it only worked for ten minutes and wouldn't start back up. Poor customer service, poor service, and I would let them work on a tricycle if I had one. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. Going to Sears to get the proper service.

I do not recommend B&B. Last summer I took my Troy Built Bronco to have it repaired, it would not start. I picked it up, $288 later, it still would not start without putting it on the battery charger. After I got my mower home I noticed the EZ mount for my grass catcher was missing. He did replace part of the EZ mount. still part of it is missing this part is around $100. He said I could bring it back and he would look at it, Once burned it is foolish to put your hand in the fire again. Do not use this company, especially if you are a single woman. I feel I was taken advantage of.

We took our mower on march 19,2011, for service and repair, on may 10 they called to say it was ready. After paying $250 We took it home to only find it was still broke. Called to complain and finally the owner came out and drove it around and saw first hand it wasn't fixed as he was steadily trying to tell us it was fine!, he took it back to the shop and it's now August and we still don't have our mower!!! I agree with the previous review, Negative 2 stars

I was changed 3 times the amount that I was quoted. When asked about a waranty on a NEW part, he refused. His words were "If it falls apart, I guess you are S... out of Luck" Owner VERY rude to my mother, any so called man would not have cursed at a nearly 60 year women with her grandchildren about a waranty. He has been in business for a long time in Jonesboro (how I don't know) thats why we choose to use this shop, what a mistake we made!! Please save yourself the problem and go somewhere else. I would rank them neg. 1 star if possible.
