They are not even worth a half of a star! Went in for a basic oil change. They had my oil brand and type on the oil filter and on the window sticker. They put the cheap crap in my new vehicle, didn't get the oil filter on right. And only put 4 quarts in and it hold 5.5! Called and more or less they can't do anything. Worse place ever and extremely crap service!!!

They are terrible. My husband took his car for a basic oil change. He made it about 5 miles down the road and the car start spewing oil. When the mechanics came to look at it, they admitted they had ruined the filter by having to "pull really hard to get it off." We requested they fix it since they messed it up and they wanted to blame another company who changed the oil previously. They refused to pay for the towing expenses and would not cover the costs to fix the car. The owner never called us back and they are just not nice people. I took it to another place in town and they shook their heads when I mentioned what Smith Tire and Auto did. Apparently we are not the first. Do not take your car there for anything. They have terrible service and will openly admit ruining your car.
