I've tried Chinese food all over Joliet, and this place has the best food out of all of them because it's very tasteful and not blend like all the other restaurants. My favorite dish is their General Tso's Chicken, but don't let the food sit for too long before eating it because like all other dishes, they don't taste as good as eating it fresh. Another dish I like from them is their Mild Spice Chicken Lo Mein. They make it just the way you like it.

My friend lives in the neighborhood right behind the China Kitchen so we order food from here pretty often, and have been since they opened a few years ago. She and I have never been disappointed, we've gotten a lot of items from their menu and there's still a lot we haven't tried. It's very tasty and it has never been bad or made us sick, which we can't say for some other Chinese food places we have tried.

I ended up throwing all this food away after sampling the dishes I had order. General Tso's Chicken, Fried Rice (I do not recall what variety, I doubt it matters), and Sweet and Sour Chicken. They were all varying degrees of failure.
