The Strip Steakhouse

Right off the bat, my family and I were seated and assigned an incredibly rude waiter who was inconvenienced to have another table (and only half the dining room was full.) I asked if they had wine, the waiter sighed and said "yea, I'll get a drink menu but you'll have to wait." Hm, ok. We ordered 3 prime rib dinners which all came out cold. Not room temp, but so cold in spots that the meat was stiff. I asked the waiter why they were so cold and asked if maybe they could throw them on the hot grill for a minute. I was given every excuse in the book as to why prime rib is supposedly served cold and told straight out that "he (the cook, I'm guessing) ain't gonna grill it because it ain't made that way." There was no way in hell the waiter was taking this plate back to try to remedy anything. Asked for steak sauce 4 times and never got it. Took two bites, spit out the second, and took out food home to cook it to proper temp. We paid $100.00 for three prime rib dinners, two beers a glass of wine and a soda. We also FROZE. In fact, I don't think there was any heat at all in the downstairs bar. The staff was all bickering with each other and EVERYONE was in a bad mood. As we were leaving, the manager and an employee were loudly bad mouthing another customer that complained about their food as well. If recall correctly "They get nothing for free. Not a f***ing thing. They are a**holes." Will be another restaurant of the past.
