Using an integrative approach and coaching techniques as well as tools to help facilitate behavior change and get to the root causes of the condition, Mary is able to individualize a plan depending on the goals desired. Mary will help to discern facts from fads while translating science-based nutrition information into simple ways that can be applied daily to enhance health and quality of life.
