Elite Appliance Service

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! UNETHICAL, and DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS! Elite Appliance Service does not value their customers the slightest bit. The company also employs technicians that believe and suggest unethical behaviors.

I am a property manager for 10 properties all with multiple units. We have over 70 tenants. OVER 130 appliances. We used Elite Appliance Service for all our units until today when I was running behind and not able to make it to a property before Elite Appliance showed up. I spoke with them on the phone and informed them "I am 5 minutes away and will be there to let them in." The technician replied with "5 minutes is sometimes 20 minute." I told them "if they do not need my business to go ahead and leave." I was there within 5 minutes and they were gone. They have now lost thousands of dollars worth of future cash flows. This is terrible company that does not understand how valuable it is to retain a customer!
