Fresh Air Concepts

I am a dentist and entrepreneur practicing in Silver Spring, MD. Throughout my 10+ business endeavors I have worked with many different contractors and HVAC companies. Doing so I realized how difficult it would be for a lot of people to choose a good HVAC company that is honest and knowledgeable in their field, while professional in a first class manner.



Our cooling system went kaput during the heat wave of 2012. We contacted dozens of companies and received bids from at least six major HVAC companies - we looked not only local but nationwide. Fresh Air Concepts gave one of the best bids and we decided to do a contract with them. After signing a contract I was so impressed with their professionalism and how they worked and operated in the building. Because of this I decided to write a review and give them credit, and to help people find a honest HVAC company



Fresh Air Concepts worked in a 30,000 sq ft building for two months but we hardly noticed when they were working, even when they stayed crazy hours from 4:30am to late evening. There are always available to help issues that were non-related. The owner, Joe, was always available to answer my questions and respond to issues. Any calls hardly ever went to voicemail and someone usually picks up the phone - I would say 6 out of 7 times I called someone picked up. Their business operation is impressive with their professional fleet with standardized logos on work vehicles and their crew, from engineers to installers, wearing standardized and recognizable uniforms.
