Enterprise Rent-A-Car

RENTER BEWARE: I reserved a compact car (Versa, Rio, etc.) and set my reservation pick up for 12:30 PM. I get a call from the location at 10:41 AM to confirm my reservation and I informed the woman that I spoke with that I will be there on time for my rental. I took a cab from my job to the location to pick up my vehicle only to be told that there is no vehicle in stock for me except for a Yukon. I asked the woman if she knew there were no compact cars in stock when she called and she said, "Yes, but that's why we call to see if you are still coming." Which did not answer my question. I was told this would be a "free upgrade" - a cheap way, in my opinion, of saying that your online reservation means absolutely nothing and it does not reflect what the location actually has (confirmed by the lady I spoke with). I rent moving trucks as part of my job and if a customer calls to make a reservation and the truck isn't available, guess what I do? I apologize and tell them it's not available.
