I purchased a home from Eastern Homes. It was ridiculously over priced, the home has countless flaws that nobody wants to take responsibility for correcting. The ink isn't dry on the paperwork before they forget you. Punch out lists are a waste of time since Eastern takes no pride in the homes they sell. Years later (purchased in 2006) and I am STILL trying to get the poor craftsmanship corrected. If you do buy from these con artists, be prepared to make a LOT of telephone calls. The sales office will leave it up to you to do all the foot work for any necessary repairs. They do not have a satisfaction guarantee. They are all about sales and making a fat commission. If you do expect to purchase from Eastern Homes, do a thorough and complete inspection, even if you have to hire someone to do it for you. It will be money well spent. I don't believe they even had my home inspected. If they did, it should of failed due to faulty wiring and a lot of other major mistakes in plumbing, etc. 2009 and still need repairs completed from my original purchase in 2006!!!
