Be Careful not to over pay..... YOU WILL REGRET IT...



Good Orthopedics, but have a very very poor accounting department.

I cannot emphasis how poor they are.

Great Doctors, but poor customer service by other staff members does ruin the reputation of the center.



I was over charged for a service provided, and i have been trying to follow up with them for over 3 months. (running close to four) over calls and emails.



To explain what has been happening in one single sentence,

When you try to call their numbers, and try to reach the accounting/billing department, and they never pick up/respond or reply your calls and voice mails. Over the past 3 and a half months, their billing team has never made me a happy camper.



Not that i plan to go there again (or break or injure my self) but they have lost a recommendation/referrals, and repeat business.
