This place is terrible, the epitome of ghetto. They need to learn how to speak with their tenants, and actually know what they are talking about. They will take you to court for anything and every thing. They take you to court for non payment of rent because they don't have record of it, so you have to miss a day of work, go to court just to bring in a bank statement that proves you paid the rent and they are wrong. Then, they keep doing it every few months. Get it together already! They ask for proof of income every year, you give it to them, they somehow don't have it anymore and send you an eviction notice because you are not complying with their rules, so you have to go down there and tell them you gave it in already, they find it, apologize, and it happens again the next time they need any info. They" fix" the same things over and over again. Ridiculous. As soon as I can I am moving out, back to living like a normal human being! So sorry I moved here....
