Luxury Van Lines

We recently moved from a townhouse into a 2 story home. It was a short move, so we moved some of the smaller things ourselves and got them settled, but we had Luxury van lines take our furniture and lots of boxes. They were recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law. I received an estimate over the phone, and they estimated 3 guys for 3 hours. They were spot on! I was very pleased with how efficient and hard-working the guys were. We have moved several times and have used a lot of moving companies, and I would rate these guys right up there with the best. I will definitely call them if we have another move. I felt the price was very fair too.

My two movers arrived promptly with a massive truck. They efficiently carried all my furniture and boxes without damaging my stuff. I was surprised they were able to get a king size bed frame and mattress up the most narrow staircase that carves halfway up. The headboard didn't fit and they tried every possible angle, but in the end I was able to put the frame together without it. The two guys had a sense of humor and made us laugh throughout the experience. I also had a lot of loose items that could've increased my move time exponentially, but the guys helped me figure out a way to minimize my overall move-time. I was afraid of having to pay for like 4+ hours but the move ended up taking only 2.5 hours. I recommend these movers -- they do an excellent job.

My movers were Mike & Rob. If I could I'd give ten stars. I would definetly hire this company again. The move was that good in that my items were respected and I was also. The paperwork/contract all fair. fyi these guys are fit and handsom to boot!

I really love them! Called in for a quote same day of my moving. They sent two great guys. Easy going and smiling all the time even after they found out I provided the wrong destination address and traffic was bad.

They did an excellent job packing our 5 PODS, fast and efficient. Then once we were ready to move into our new home they came and uploaded the 5 PODS up 2 sets of stairs. They never complained, just got the job done. And more importantly nothing got broke. I would highly recommend them for your moving job.

I typically move often for work. This time, I needed to move last minute to KS and I am very glad to receive a call from Derrick at Luxury Van Lines. He explained everything to me in a kind, professional manner and assured me the move will be smooth. THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS! They guys that came into my home, Wadgy, John, and Ramoun were so polite and treated all my items with care. Although they had a bit trouble with the piano in the beginning, they secured it tightly on a piano board and everything worked out fine. Once my items were picked up in NJ, exactly a week later my items arrived. Although, it was a different crew, they were also very nice and polite. Mike, Frank and Amir handled my items with care and placed them where they needed to go ! I am very content with Luxury and I will definitely recommend them in the future ! Thank you guys !

I recently moved and again needed to relocate. This time out of state. I received a call from Luxury Van Lines after submitting my information online. The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and easy going. He put my worries at ease. He mentioned Luxury was recently under new management with a handful of experienced workers, he was right. The crew he sent us was amazingly fast, cautious and diligent. My quote remained the same and most importantly I received my delivery in only 2 days to sc.

GREAT SERVICE!

I had to relocate in a short notice due to my job, my company asked for me to get a few quotes and they will select the movers to move my things. Usually, my company does all the work, but this time I had to go out of my way to contact movers which was very hectic due to my busy schedule. I've gotten multiple quotes from 5 different moving companies and handed everything over to my manager. A few days later I was contacted by luxury movers, telling me that my company selected them to move my things. They needed all my information, and addresses and such. On the day of the move i didn't know what to expect. The movers showed up on April 29th and packed and loaded all my belongings into the truck. They handled everything with care. My fiance and I did not have to do anything which was great. I received my things on May 11th and expected damages and destroyed items, but there were none. I was very surprised with that because I was almost 100% certain that there will be a lot of damages. I was very pleased with the work that these guys did.

As promised, if I had a good experience with this company, I would leave my feedback so here it is.

For hiring my first moving company I must say I did well. Price was good. Move went good. The crew was friendly. I was very happy with the whole service, from the time I booked job to the last moving guy walking out of my new place. Very pleased!
