This office is under fairly new ownership, has new providers and staff, and I had a really good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've seen Dr. Masroor and Virginia Nesbit, NP and they were both good. They gave me the attention I needed and were personable.

please do yourself a favor and go somewhere where employees are not so angry and you can actually get someone to help or return a call! Where do the doctors hide anyway?

Need to change DR.

1, No onsite x-ray, get sent to hospital for x-ray.

2. Needed a tetneaus<sp> shot, did not have any, come back next day. Next day no one available to give shot. After 24 hours shot does no good for current problem. Gave up.

3. Had the flue, no concern just go home and rest.

4. Bad ear aches. Go home and rest.

5. Put me on Lipitor for 30 days, no follow up blood work. Next visit year later asked if I was still taking Lipitor.

6. Last visit, office seemed to be in KAOS.

7. One Visit for a problem snedto hospital for several expensive tests. Turned out it was a side affect to a medication. Another Dr changed my medication and problem went away.

All in all, don't go unless you just need a simple RX.
