Brian Scroggins Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Yesterday I decided to play plumber. Needless to say it didn’t work out. Simple flapper replacement resulted in a broken tank—thanks to my unnamed assistant. Broken shut off value, cracked tank, every towel in the house soaked. Thanks to Brian Scroggins Plumbing taking care of me and installing my new toilet. I have used Brian Scroggins plumbing services twice this year and have been totally happy with the installations. Both installations were serviced by Mike and he was totally professional and attentive.

Woke up and Had a clogged pipe in my house, shower not draining, couldn’t use toilet, washer or dishwasher. Called Brian asked if he could come by and look at it for me. He worked me in a couple hours later. When he got here he was very knowledgeable and professional. Set up his equipment and had the clog gone within minutes. Very happy with his service and his pricing was very reasonable. Great experience.

Brian has done several jobs for us, including installation of a water powered back up sump pump. He and his team are too notch, and even other professionals have commented on the excellent quality of his work. He is my first call for all things plumbing!

I'd made a water heater issue worse by trying to correct it myself, turning a slow drip into a steady stream. Called after hours and Mike came out right away. He fixed the issue quickly and showed me step by step how to do it myself if I ever needed to adjust anything. To top it all off, the after hours surcharge was far lower than I expected. We have used Mike and Scroggins before and will not turn anywhere else for our plumbing needs.

Mike came out earlier than was expected. That was so helpful. He did an excellent job unclogging my sewer line. This is the 2nd time I have used them and they have been to my mom's house as well. Fast, efficient, had new equipment, awesome service. Scroggins is my go to plumber from now on.

Brian did a wonderful job of installing a new water heater. Very prompt and helpful. Called early morning and had the heater installed and working by early afternoon. Billed less than the quote. Honest, professional, clean and fast. Highly recommend.

mike just came out to our house and unclogged our tub, he was amazing, he will be returning monday to re do all our pipes. love the service will be calling again if needed.

I was very pleased with this service! I received an immediate call back and they were at my house within the hour. Mike was very nice and professional and quickly solved our clogged drain problem. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

My washing machine was pouring water everywhere. I called them and they arrived within an hour and less than a hour later Mike had it fixed. He was very professional and explained the problem and how to keep it from happening again! I will call them from now on for my plumbing issues.

An amateur shower handle replacement turned into the need for the "real" guys! They got to us the same day and even were game for doing a few "by the way, we need this done" things as well. Mike was great!! Definitely would use again

He had several great suggestions of things I could do to prevent my lines from backing up again ... like running a camera thru my lines to see what is causing the problem, etc. I really appreciate him giving me this information. We are in huge dilemma when the water risen in our kitchen sink and we had nothing to do is to have somebody to fix it. Gladly i dialed these people whom i can call an experts at this with Brian and his cute assistant saved our day. We dialed them at weekend at 7 pm and about an hour they made it on time. I prefer them than to all Louisville plumbers out there plus they're were so nice.

We called to have our leaking sink fixed and they contacted us probably within an hour, and the problem was fixed just a few hours after that. The repairman who visited our house (whose name was Mike) was flexible on pricing since it wasn't a major problem and was in and out very quickly. They also gave a 6 month guarantee that included fixing anything that went wrong with their work for free. I was very happy to have our problem fixed so rapidly and at a more than reasonable price. I'd recommend them for plumbing problems.
