        We recently had a huge tree fall on our house . Later that morning we contacted AFI and received such a run a round from Rose, after calling every day for at least 5 days to get someone to come inspect our roof, I told her to give me the number & I would do her damn job for her. I even spoke to Mark Stevens on this matter but to NO avail. Love my insurance company, but the agents at the office on Holmans Lane in Jeffersonville, Ind. dkd nothing to help me & my wife except pacify us, piss poor service and wish Chase Applegate was still there, at least he cared about his clients.
