Custom Care Cleaners

I took in 2 military uniforms to have patches sewn on them and 1 pair of military pants to have hemmed. The lady had my daughter try on the pants and she pinned them herself after I told her I was not comfortable doing it. When I picked up the uniforms the lady had sewn through both layers of the sleeve, sewing the opening of the armhole partially shut. The hem on the pants was extremely crooked and the pants were much too short. I ended up having to pay to replace the pants as there was no saving them. I returned both articles of clothing to the store. The cashier there apologized and offered to have the sleeve fixed. I declined as clearly their seamstress doesn't know what she's doing. She also took my name and number and told me that the owner would call me to resolve my complaint. It has now been over a month and I've not heard from him. Poor seamstress and poor customer service.

I took a man's suit in the other day. I told them it was brand new and just needed cleaning and pressing. They asked when I needed it. I told them Tuesday. (I dropped off on Friday.) Tuesday just before 6, I stopped by to pick it up. They searched for the suit for 10 minutes but couldn't find it. Finally they asked me if another suit was mine. I said no. They finally found the suit. I watched him as he pulled it off the rack. It was not covered in cellophane. So he took it to the back and covered it.



I decided to inspect it. (The suit was wrinkled. ) It wasn't even wrinkled when I brought it in. So I told him, it wasn't pressed. He said he would repress it.



I picked it up 2 days later and it still looked exactly the same! It had the same wrinkles in the same spot.



I also had a black London Fog cargo coat I dropped off for cleaning. When I picked it up-it was covered in lint and didn't look like they had done anything to it. (I spent $18 for nothing!) I will find another cleaner.
