Agree with other reviewers. Jim P. is super nice guy, but the last year they have over doubled their service fees. I argued about a small carb problem with a Toro Snow Master snow blower and they wanted over $300.00 I argued with the other Jim who works mostly the counter and he lowered it to $200.00 still was $100.00 over what it should have been. I have much better results with Englehart's off of the Beltline in Madison.

Like the product they sell but the parts counter person is really grumpy. Asked for a bulk item, he cut off a small piece and threw it at me at the counter. Asked a question about the sizing of the bulk item and I will not go any further as to the response. Need another Toro dealer closer to Janesville. Service department guys are part changers and do not trouble shot the cause of the problem.

I had my cub cadet there getting a new carburetor $275.00 for at most $40.00 part, I live 4 blocks away they said they’d only charge me one way the didn’t another $40.00. They sold me some expensive gas mixture said they would fix it for free if it didn’t start this year well that free fix was another $136.00 again they said half price pick up and delivery I was lied to yet again. My advice is get an estimate in writing or stay away. Super nice people the whole time they’re ripping you off.best advice find someone else, I try to patron the small business on the south side but can’t afford getting ripped off.
