TCI Tire Centers

I have never received service as bad as this before EVER!!!!!

Guess I can't even say I got service !!!!

Stayed at this truckstop overnight because when I arrived they were already closed ....early might I add!!!!

Then to top it off they opened late in the morning ....

They said to wait 15 minutes for service so I did....well actually waiting for over an hour only to have some idiot come out and tell me that they don't have anybody to change my filters!!! WTF? It's a mechanic/tire shop!

What kind of business do they conduct???!!!!

Leave me standing for an hour ( I have a drop I had to get to ...and they knew it was time sensitive )...to leave me standing waiting for over an hour was IGNORANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO

SAY THE LEAST !

Two words they probably can't even read or understand!!!

If u have any type of truck work....from simple filter change to tire change??

***Manager came out and said there is no one here to do it cause we are busy (there was one truck getting a new tire)

He said if someone was to do it ...it would be me...WTF???

HE'S A PAPER PUSHER! AND OBVIOUSLY CANT EVEN ORGANIZE HIS SHOP!!!
