Do NOT Buy Here.....Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!

On Sunday 8/11/2013 My brother in law was eager to buy his first car and was working with Ray at this dealership. He went to take a $2,000 deposit on a 2010 Nissan Altima. Once we got there I immediately requested a Carfax report. Ray stated that he didn't have it and it would be provided the following day when the deal on the car was supposed to be finalized. My brother in law was told that his money was refundable if he didn't want the vehicle. Before leaving I expressed my concerns of the Carfax not being available and told him to get his money back before leaving the lot. He trusted Ray as he said that he put a $200 dollar depoist down before on another vehicle and got it back without a problem. He didn't think that the Carfax was a problem becuase Ray had told him that they don't run a Carfax on their vehicles because it costs $50 per car. What dealership doesn't run a Carfax on the cars they are buying. Since it was his first experience and he wanted to do things his way I let him trust this guy. The following day the bank was contacted and they were trying to pressure him into buying the car. On the way to the dealership Ray kept insisting that he had the Carfax. Once arriving there was no Carfax and he was pressured to try and buy the car. Once the Carfax was produced the deal was officially off and he requested his money back. They gave him the run around the entire day and said that the manager was not coming back until Tuesday. Tuesday morning he went to get his money refunded and he was given a check for $1,705. They claimed that he cancelled a "Service Contract" and the fee was $295. There was a major debate in the office as he NEVER signed anything but the receipt. No other signatures were made. During the debate I stated "the car was in an accident and he doesn't want the car"! This statement was followed with RAY stating "beggars can't be choosy"! (WTF) It was going to be his first car and he was trying to establish his credit. His girlfriend was on the app with him and he got approved for a $13,000 car with a 10.9% interest rate. How is he begging for anything? More importantly what kind of rinky dink operation are they running over there? Who says that to a customer? Not to mention that the manager asked for the receipt prior to writing the check and never gave him another receipt for anything. My brother in law's mistake was trusting these guys to be a stand up dealership while all along they are crooks. They stalled him an extra day and then tried to tell him that the loan contract that he didn't sign was the reason for him cancelling a "Service Contract"! To top it off the driver side mirror was damaged and litterally had silver duct tape on it. He got in the car and started it up and the AC didn't work. I must say that the experience that I witnessed at this dealership was beyond unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend my enemy to purchase anything from these people. Save your hard earned money and take it elsewhere as there are many more dealers to choose from. And always remember to "Show me the Carfax" before doing anything!!!!! You've been warned

I found the car that I bought from this dealer on cars.com. Since I live in Virginia I purchased the car based on what the dealer posed the car to be. After having it transported home, the radio did not work, the CD player did not work, the DVD screen was blank on 1/3 of the screen (Major components of purchasing the car), the DVD will not load a DVD to play, the blinker on the side mirror was broken, and the headset to the DVD player was missing but was pictured in ad on cars.com. I questioned the manager about the headset and was told that the owners wife used this car and took those for the car she was driving now. I was promised those to be mailed to me. 4 weeks later and I am still waiting.

The radio needs the amp replaced ($700) and the dvd needs to be replaced ($1200). Adding those figures together with labor it is going to cost me $2500! If I replace the cd player that number goes up. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealer unless you want a problem with no solution from them. They are the reason car sales people have a bad reputation. Buyer beware!

I bought a Mercedes S class from Sunrise Autoland and i dealt with Sid but their whole staff is very freindly I got an excellent service from them. SId was very helpful in the whole buying and financing process. I was shopping for a while for a used Benz but when i dealt with Sid i felt very comfortable and i decided to buy my car from them. The vehicle has not given me any problems and my mechanic told me its a great car. I would recommend any one to go to this dealer. Their cars are good.
