Top Nails

I've been coming here off and on for several years, and it's my favorite place for nails in the Jacksonville area. Normally I come in for pedicures, and they do a fantastic job. I come in with calloused feet and leave with soft, smooth, fancy feet.



I got my first gel manicure from here today, and it looks very pretty.



I highly recommend this place !!

I am not the one to right reviews but I have to say something. I went to this salon to get my eyelashes done and the girl took forever to get done. Something that usually takes 20 minutes turn into 1 1/2 hour. Three days later, my eyelashes are falling off. Mind you that the lady try to upsell me by telling me the strip lash only last a day or week but the individual lash last a month. I have been getting my lashes done for about four years and lived in MD and Fl. My lashes last about a month. I am new to the area so this is my first nail salon experience in Jacksonville. I went back to get my eyelashes redone when I was told that you can only get your individual lashes fix when you come back on the third day. Its was the fourth day I return and I told her that she inform me that these lashes will last about a month. She looked surprise and I said it in front of the customer exactly what she told me. I said you are going to do it over because I spent $35.00 on something that last only 3 days!!! She said OK, and now they try to blame it on me. They kept asking me if I used makeup remover or finding excuses. I dont them no I did not. I tried to be nice and cordial but they were really getting under my skin. The same girl did it again, which took about another hour. i left and again, in 3 days one side on eyelashes have fallen off. What a rip-off. I am NOT the type of person to write bad reviews but I had to say something. I have been going to nail salon in the last 4 years and this is the WORST experience I had. I had to write this for other military wives that a new and coming from other states. Please BEWARE of this salon. They care less about their customer and more about MONEY.

Went on Sunday at 3pm to get a manicure. The girl spent the whole time trying to upsale me. Tried to talk me into acrylics, painted designs, pedicure, eye brow waxing... you name it. I felt uncomfortable and pressured the entire time. Monday at 11am I look down to find my 20 hour old manicure is peeling! I drive back to the salon where I am told by 3 different employees that it is my fault the manicure is peeling after 1 day, and that if I had gotten acrylics this wouldn t have happened. Are you kidding me?! Finally, Jack agreed to repaint my nails. What a waste of $20 AND gas money twice! So disappointed. There are a dozen nail places in Jacksonville, you better believe I will be going somewhere else next time!

Do not go to this nail salon!!! They cut me several times with the sander, and my 2 big toes got infected because he cut too much off. When you cut a nail you should only cut the nail, not skin too. And I just found out that they probably used acrylic and charged me for gel. I wanted gel!!! My nails were yellow and I don't tan or smoke. They are a rip off that really hurts. If you are in the area go to Mimi's and ask for Mimi, she makes nails look like nails. Don't go to these LIARS!
