I went to them about an exhaust issue. After the inspection, it was discovered that my exhaust manifold needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price of what the parts and labor would be, and they were very accurate. My car was repaired and I was back on the road in no time. Ryan and Bob were very courteous and professional. The customer service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone with car repair needs.

I went to Tires USA for new tires, they were very knowledgable and helped me find the right price for a all season tire. I frequently come back for the free tire rotations and excellent customer service!

Do not ever go here. The guy u...

Do not ever go here. The guy up front has no idea of what customer service is. First off, they pull my car in and smack my front bumper on the lift. When the tech went to back it off, he smacked it again and stopped, right in the position on the ramps where my bumper is hitting the ramps. This caused damage to my bumper paint due to the bending of the plastic. I figured no big deal. So after they get it on the rack with the aid of some would so the bumper did not hit, the tech gets stuck on the rear driver side toe in. He sais due to rust he couldn't adjust it. So I helped and asked him which way he was rotating it, and he told me, and yup it was seized. So I drive home to replace the seized, rusted parts and what do you know, we were turning it the wrong way. I adjusted it a tad and took it back with in minutes. They proceeded and the guy said I can't adjust you camber. I showed him that my after market coil overs make it very easy to adjust camber and they gave me some BS on how the machine won't read it becaus it doesn't give specs on the machine to go by, yet it gives you the degrees of your camber, . . . . . . .huh? They wouldn't match them so I had one said with greater camber than the other. So I pay the $70 and leave and what do you know, the car still pulled to the right and the steering wheel was still off. I drove it back and the tech was going to pull it up on the lift and fix the steering wheel as well as match the camber. 20 minutes it would have taken. Then as I am waiting out front in my car, the guy from the front(admin guy) comes out and sais they are not going to put it back on the lift. He was extemely rude, started raising his voice and throwing out all kind of excuses of why they couldn't do it. They could have helped me out but instead they did not. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don't give your hard earned money to this place.

DO NOT GO

SO I DECIDED TO TAKE MY CAR TO TIRE COUNTRY TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR! THEY LOOKED AT IT AND TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE GUY "WHAT WILL THE TOTAL BE" HE LOOKED AT THE PAPER WORK AND TOLD ME $270 WITH TAX. I THEN REPEATED SO $270 WITH TAX THATS WHAT I'M GOING TO PAY HE THEN SAID YES, SO I TOLD HIM GO AHEAD AND FIX IT. WELL 2 HRS LATER THEY TELL ME MY CAR IS DONE I GO TO PAY AND THE GUY IN THE FRONT TELLS ME THAT WILL BE $345! I LOOKED AT HIM AND SAID NO YOU MUST HAVE THE WRONG BILLING STATEMENT HE SAID NO THIS IS YOUR CAR, I TOLD HIM THATS NOT WHAT THE OTHER GUY SAID HE TOLD ME $270 ANYWAYS THE ISSIUE NEVER GOT SOLVED AND I HAD TO END UP PAYING $345. RIP OFF GO ELSEWHERE. THEY NEED TO TELL THEIR EMPLOYEES THAT ONCE THEY QUOTE YOU THAT IT SHOULD BE THE PRICE YOU PAY.

RIP OFF DO NOT GO

I went to Jiffylube to have my oil changed and tires rotated when I discovered that my tires were splitting and that I needed new tires immediately. I went to Tires USA because it was right down the road... Horrible decision. They charged me a total of 600 dollars to buy new tires and have them installed. I was told they were top of the line tires, 110.50 per tire. I went home and discovered that I could have bought them for 75 dollars a tire. they also charged 120 dollars for installation and tire alignment. way to take advantage of the ignorant... thanks tires USA for reassuring me that everyone in Jacksonville loves to rip off Marines.
