Envy Nails

Envy nails is now Aloha Nails. Be ready to spend 4-5 hours in this place. I have gone again and again hoping that it wouldn't be as bad the next time, but it always gets worse and worse. They do good designs but they charge you a pretty penny. Today for me was the last straw. I got in the salon at 10:30am and got out at 2:30pm. I got a $20 design done and it really wan't that complex of a design. Right away I felt over charged and my nails looked clumpy. Total with my pedicure, fill, and design it was $70. I was in there for hours because it's always busy and you get passes on from staff to staff the whole time. When I got home immediately my polish started to bubble and chipped because the polish was too thick from the design I got. I went back a couple hours later and one of the ladies there said I wouldn't have to pay for a repolish on my feet and hands. I was pleased at first but when I was ready to leave the skinny receptionist told me $18. I explained to her that I was told I wouldn't be charged for the fix. She just looked at me like I was stupid. I ended up paying anyways. So long story short I spent $100 on my nails and the whole F-ing day at Aloha Nails AGAIN! Sometimes great designs - horrible customer service - ridiculously time consuming... No more for me!
