Jessie Ball duPont Campus, located in Jacksonville, Fla., is the venue of a range of programs offered by the YMCA of Florida's First Coast. The campus offers personal training, youth and adult sports, English as a second language, treadmills and bikes, nutrition education, playground, pool, yoga, swimming lessons, aqua aerobics, free weights and y-cycle classes. It also offers a private aerobics studio, clay tennis courts, gymnasium, adult tennis lessons, health screenings, active older adult programs, strength equipment, aerobics, summer camp, elliptical cross trainers and karate. Additionally, it offers new group fitness classes, such as multi-level yoga, intro classes for yoga, y-cycle, power-pump and Pilates.
