T's Learning Center

I have been a customer of T's for over 4 years. A lot of employees have quit to the point the daycare stopped announcing the teachers who are no longer working there. The daycare workers are also the facilities janitors. The daycare is always understaffed, my child fequently comes home with another child's diaper on. This center is money hungry and greedy, the rates are always going up and the quality of the worker and the center continues to go down. I have been contacted while at work about a virus in the school of hands, feet,and mouth however the daycare failed to tell all of the other parents, failed to post notice around the daycare OSHA VIOLATION. I have been told by workers about bed bugs, to only be told by management that it was only a scare. My four year old child spilled juice on his shorts, didnt have a change of clothes, when I came to pick my son up he was walking around in just a t-shirt and underwear no one thought to dry his shorts. Tuition is due on tuesdays, I paid tuition on a Tuesday online about 7:30pm and a late fee was applied on my account, the centers excuse was that they tally up tuition at 6:30 pm. Jacksonville fl just had a state of emergency/ evacuation the second week in sept, public school was out from the 11-15th because of the flooding, power outage and blocked roads, T's learning center decided to open the doors of the daycare sept 12th charging a mandatory weekly fee even for the children who didnt, or couldn't attend because of the aftermath of the storm. T's owner Teresa is greedy and money hungry to take advantage and make profit off of her customers in Jacksonville knowing the condition the city is in. I was told I would get the fee removed however dont tell the other parents who were also affected by the storm. I have been asking for Teresa to contact me everyday for the past week and she has refused. I have walked in on two children visibly using the restroom, at the same time and no teacher in sight. Don't waste your money
