Tire Kingdom

I encourage everyone to call consumer affairs in Duval. If you don't complain, this guy will keep profiting from selling defective tires! His mechanics aren't licensed, and he already had lines against the place from the city. COMPLAIN! He wins if you don't!!!

RIPOFF!! STAY AWAY!!

I am an out of state student attending Commercial Diving Academy on Trout River Drive. I am prior military service in the Air Force. My tires on my 98 Chevy K1500 were going on bald, Steve's Tire Empire is about four miles from my school and about the only used tire shop that had the size tire I needed in a set (305/70R16). I purchased the tires, drove down the road less than a mile and my truck started shacking profusely. It was my assumption that the needed to be balanced and aligned. I drove a few more miles to Tire Kingdom to have them balanced properly. They put my tire on the machine to find out that it was calling for 16.5 ounces on one side. The technician then informed me that there was no way to balance the tires and that they were out of round/ no good. I returned the following day to Steve's Tire Empire to confront them about it. They told me to come back on Tuesday, two days from then, and they would have another shipment of tires in to see if they could get me another set. This went on for two weeks. I have my old tires in the back of my truck to be swapped out so that I may receive my money back and be on my way. There has been several times in the previous two weeks that they told me to come back on a certain day that Dave, the sales man, would be working. I show up only to be told he doesn’t work on those days. I have given them several chances to make things right and they have yet to do so. My next step is to take them to Small Claims Court.

Nice Place, nice employees, and they have great deals. People just dnt get the point your buying used tires

Sold me three bad tires, then called the police to evict me from their premises. Low life bastards!

They sold me a bad tire. I tried to get my situtation resolve only to discover they don't do refunds nor can they guarenteed a replacement tire and their distastefully uncooth. I found out they been reported to the BBB and still their in business. Something wrong with this picture.

I'm an senior citizen on a fixed income. I went to Steve's based on someones else's review. Becuase of a nail in one of my tires it went flat. I took my tire to Steve's and was told they could fix it. I paid the money to have the tire fixed, on Mothers Day, less then 2 hrs later the tires was flat again. By this time they were closed. I went back the next day and was told "Oh this tires cant be fixed it has several holes" and that I would not be able to get my money back after being told it could be fixed. If i were you i would NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS get a tire from them becuase you'll never know if what there telling you is correct. I will Never do business with them and I will be contacting the BBB to inform them of there unethical practice.
