Even better now. Brisket was moist and unsweet tea has been better the last couple of times. Staff is friendly and courteous.

The customer service is GREAT,I love the Baby backs along with the point system with the discount card... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ��������

This is a family friendly place to eat. Very clean and a great staff. The prices and quality of food are excellant.

Went for dinner tonight, had a horrible experience. Order was wrong, even the wrong food was cold. Kitchen cook said the beef was pork. For real? Sweet tea had no sugar. Giant puddle of water on floor from roof leak not cleaned up. Disgusting all the way around. Never go there. BEWARE!!

This place is the worse mold was all on my bun and they didn't have the audacity to give me my money back they tried to give me more molded food I would not recommend this to my worst enemy eat at your own risk I say again eat at smokeys at your own risk

The best BBQ in Jacksonville went there for the first time got the ribs turkey and beef brisket and that's how BBQ supposed to be served awesome true flavor my family loved it! My new place.

BEST BBQ IN TOWN!! I usually go to Sonnys for BBQ but just found this place and the food was amazing ribs are tender! The place was very clean and nice. We had very good service fast and friendly. The free banana pudding was also very tasty. We will definitely be back soon:)

By FAR THE WORSE SERVICE EVER! I went there for the first time and was serviced by LISA, she was awesome! No complaints what so ever, because of her kind heart, and great service I came back. The second time was such a disappointment. I went after church with a few of my church members and I ordered corn nuggets as an appetizer. It was priced at 6.99 which was no problem. When the corn nuggets came out it was about 8-10 in the basket. I asked the server KARA if there was going to be another batch coming out because for $7 for 8 nuggets was not worth it. She then told me no and that there was no way that she would take it off my bill because it was already made. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that the manager would tell me the same. During the whole time she did not check up one us not one time. The only time we saw her was when she brought out the food. DId not refill out drinks nor check if we needed anything else. The manager did not come see us either. When it was time to check out she sat the checks on the table and walked away. While ringing out at the counter, the manager was there checking us out not once asking how was everything... We proceeded to tell her about our experience because on my check she wrote by the corn nuggets " threw them away because it was not enough for her ". I was very disappointed in her smart remark, but while checking out I just so happen to look at the back of the check and she wrote DO NO COME BACK. Not only did she do that on my check but my whole table!! It made us very very angry. We did nothing wrong, and the manager did no come check on us. While talking to the manager she had nothing to say but we have the right to refuse service and said nothing else. What kind of business are they trying to run? Very horrible horrible experience by the both of them. Beware IF YOU DECIDE to go there to check servers name.. NONE of them wore name tags, neither did the manager. We quickly left and connected the BBB. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WORD OF MOUTH IS EVERYTHING AND I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE TO NEVER NEVER GO THERE!
